Why SD-4 exists
SD-4 was founded on a simple observation from more than two decades of HSE work: most safety systems are designed for the people who approve them, not the people who use them. Procedures get longer, permits get slower, investigations get louder, and the work on the ground does not get safer. We started SD-4 to close that gap, by building systems and solutions that work the way the job actually works.
Who does the work
Every engagement is led by an experienced HSE practitioner — someone who has run safety systems in high-consequence environments, not only written about them. Our approach is shaped by Human and Organizational Performance and by the practical reality of getting work done safely in the field.
